WHO I AM

Psychodynamic counselling looks not only at problems in the present but, crucially, at the roots of these problems in the past. The aim of psychodynamic counselling is to bring the unconscious mind into consciousness - helping individuals to experience and understand their true, deep rooted feelings in order to resolve them.
Working more integratively my approach has been developed through my Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Solution Focused training.
I adhere to the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) Code of Ethics and Practice for Counsellors and Supervisors. This shows that I demonstrate the capacity for independent, competent and ethical practice.
